This website sets no cookies and uses no trackers. The data we process is mainly what you send us yourself. Below you can read what we do with it.
Who we are

What we collect
Through the contact form: your name, your email address, your organisation if you fill it in, the role you choose (such as care professional or researcher) and your message. If you email us directly: your email address and what you write.
What for
Only to answer your message and, if you want, to continue the conversation. We don't send newsletters or advertising, and we don't sell your data. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages addressed to us.
Who else processes it
- Netlify hosts this website and the contact form. Messages sent through the form are stored there and forwarded to us. Like any web host, Netlify also processes technical data such as your IP address, to deliver the site and keep out spam.
- Google runs our email (Google Workspace).
Both work on our behalf. They are US companies, so your data may also be processed in the United States. This happens under arrangements approved by the European Commission for that purpose.
How long
We keep your data no longer than needed to deal with your question and any contact that follows from it. If you want us to delete it sooner, let us know.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to its use. Email info@precubitus.nl; we reply within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
